本西家工厂自动化活动及内容管理小程序 (本“平台”内容范围覆盖SIEMENS TIA小程序，HMI人机交互小程序，IPC产品选型小程序, 小型自动化产品解决方案小程序，工厂数字化小程序，PROFINET技术小程序，FA云展厅及其他工厂自动化产品主题活动）由西门子（中国）有限公司及其关联方（“西门子”,“我们”）提供、运营和维护。我们的注册地址是北京市朝阳区望京中环南路七号。
This FA Marketing Portal (hereinafter “the Portal”, including SIEMENS TIA, HMI, IPC, SMART, FA Digitalization, PROFINET mini programs, and FA X-Space.) is provided, operated, and maintained by Siemens Ltd. China and is affiliated companies (“Siemens”, “We”). Our registered address is No.7 Wangjing Zhonghuang Nanlu, Chaoyang District, Beijing, PRC.

Therefore, Siemens operates the Portal ("Portal”) in compliance with applicable laws on data protection and data security (e.g. China Personal Information Protection Law, hereinafter “Applicable Law”). 一、 我们如何收集和使用个人信息
How we collect and use your personal information
为本声明之目的，个人信息是指以电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息，不包括匿名化处理后的信息；敏感个人信息（以下已标粗显示），是指一旦泄露或者非法使用，容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的个人信息，包括生物识别、宗教信仰、特定身份、医疗健康、金融账户、行踪轨迹、不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息。
For the purpose of this Policy, personal information refers to all kinds of information that are recorded by electronic or other means that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, not including information after anonymization handling. Sensitive personal information (bolded below) refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may cause description against individuals or grave harm to personal or property security, including biological identification information, religious beliefs, specific personal identification, medical health, financial accounts, location tracking, as well as the personal information of children under the age of fourteen (14).

When visiting and using the Portal, Siemens will, for the following purposes and in according with principles of legitimacy, lawfulness and necessity, collect and process the following data about you:

The following functions are the basic functions for services on the Portal. When you are visiting and using the following service functions, you need to provide or allow us to collect personal information at necessary level. If you refuse to provide certain personal information, you may not be able to access the corresponding services, but it will not affect your usage of other functions or services. 您在注册本平台时，需要向我们提供或允许我们收集的必要信息包括：姓名、公司、公司类型、行业、职位、手机、验证码、邮箱、城市，我们收集上述信息用于为您创建个人帐户，便于我们为您提供持续稳定的服务并保障您使用本平台服务安全性。
At the time of your registration, you should provide us with or allow us to collect at least: name, company, business type, industry, position, mobile, SMS verification code, email address and location. The above listed personal information is collected for creating your user account and for us to provide stable services and guarantee the security of your usage of the Portal services.
此外，您在【西家工厂自动化小程序】注册后，您的账户登录信息，包括【账户名、手机号，验证码或密码】，将成为您使用西家工厂自动化活动及内容管理小程序的统一登录信息，可以用于直接登录使用任一西家工厂自动化活动及内容管理小程序。西门子将在上述小程序之间将会共享您的登录信息。
In addition, after you register on the "portal", your account login information, including [account name, mobile phone number, verification code or password], will become the unified login information for you to use the mini programs. You can use it to directly log in and use any of the scoped mini program within the portal. The user registration information will be mutually synchronized within the WeChat Mini-programs scoped by the portal.
(2) 登录
Login
当您选择登录本平台时，需要向我们提供或允许我们收集的必要信息包括：手机号、密码或短信验证码，我们用于识别您的身份并为您实现登录。
At the time of your login, you should provide us with or allow use to collect at least: cell phone number, SMS verification code, for verifying your identify and achieve the login.
(3) 客服与争议处理
Customer services
当您通过本声明载明或本平台内提供的联系方式而与西门子联系，我们可能选择性记录您的联系方式、姓名、账号及与您通话的内容，我们用于核实您的身份及帮助您解决问题。
At the time when you contact with Siemens via the contract information provided in the Portal or this Policy, we will collect or record your contact information, name, account information and communications to verify your identify and respond your enquiries and/or questions.
(4) 为您提供安全保障
Guarantee the security of the services
为了保障服务和功能的正常运行，每次在您使用我们平台时，我们会自动收集由您所使用的 Web 浏览器或设备自动发送给我们的与您相关的信息： IP 地址或其它设备标识符、设备类型、浏览器类型（如果适用）、引用的网址、来访期间所访问的网址、每个来访者请求的日期和时间。
In order to maintain the operations of the functions and services, at the time of your visiting, we will collect the information that is automatically sent to us by your web browser or device, such as your IP-address or other device identifier, device type, browser type (if applicable), referring site, sites accessed during your visit, the date and time of each visitor request.
2. 您自主选择提供的个人信息

Please kindly note that such personal information is not necessary to the Portal or the services, but it will be helpful to improve the quality of the services or to develop new products/services. The personal information we collect through the device system permissions
您可以在操作系统的“设置”部分来管理平台获取的设备系统权限的使用。请注意，如果您不授权或禁用相应设备系统权限，则平台的某些功能可能无法使用或不再能够使用。
You may manage the use of Portal permissions in the section “settings” of your operating system. Please note that the use of certain functions of the Portal may not or no longer be possible if you do nor grant or deactivate the respective permissions.

Marketing event and promotional messages
如果您选择订阅营销与促销信息，我们将使用您的手机号、电子邮件地址、第三方账户信息、设备信息，并会通过电子邮件/短信/电话/微信/站内信等形式发送与我的个人兴趣相符的的营销信息，其中也包括通过第三方社交媒体或数字平台（包括但不限于百度、抖音、微信平台等，以下简称“第三方平台”）向我在该第三方平台的账户发送或推送个性化营销信息或广告等，内容包括西门子的产品和服务，例如新闻通报、活动和展会邀请函等。另外，西门子销售部门的员工将会根据这些数据为我呈递提议，并尽力支持您。
If you choose to subscribe to marketing and promotional information, we will use your mobile phone number, email address, third-party account information, and device information, and will send marketing information that aligns with your personal interests via forms such as emails, text messages, phone calls, WeChat messages, or in-site messages. This also includes sending or pushing personalized marketing information or advertisements to your accounts on third-party social media or digital platforms (including but not limited to Baidu, Douyin, WeChat platform, etc., hereinafter referred to as the "third-party platforms"). The content includes Siemens' products and services, such as news bulletins, invitations to events and exhibitions, etc. In addition, employees of Siemens' sales department will present proposals to you based on this data and will do their best to support you.
如果你不希望继续接收该等营销信息，可通过短信、邮件提示的方式回复退订或通过第三方平台提供的其他方式进行退订或关闭。当你选择退订后，将不再向你发送与你的个人信息或兴趣相关的营销信息。
If you do not wish to continue receiving such marketing information, you can reply to unsubscribe according to the prompts in text messages or emails, or unsubscribe or turn off the subscription through other methods provided by the third-party platforms. After you choose to unsubscribe, we will no longer send you marketing information related to your personal information or interests.

二、 我们如何委托处理、共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息
How we entrusted third parties to process or transfer your personal information
原则上我们不会与西门子以外的任何公司、组织和个人分享您的个人信息。
In general, we will not share your personal information to any company, organization or individual outside of Siemens.

本平台委托北京信旭明途网络技术有限公司提供模块及功能开发和相关运维服务。对我们委托处理个人信息的公司、组织和个人，我们会与其签署严格的保密协议或其他数据保护相关协议。他们仅根据西门子的指示，并根据适用法律，在合同允许范围内采取行动，以及采取其他能够保证个人信息的保密和安全的措施来处理个人信息。具体可能涉及以下场景：
Some functions of the Portal will be provided by service providers, such as hosting or IT maintenance service providers. For any company, organization or individual that be entrusted by us to processing personal information, we will execute non-disclosure agreement or other data protection agreement. The service providers will act only upon the instructions of Siemens and are contractually bound to act in compliance with applicable data protection law and shall take appropriate measure and suitable safeguards for the protection of personal information. Push notifications
为了向您提供以下信息：登录验证码、异地登录提醒、信息变更通知、待办任务、与西门子有关的订单信息、业务咨询回复信息。我们会寻求您的同意以激活推送通知服务，在您激活推送通知许可之后，我们将会与您的运营系统提供商的推送通知服务建立连接，您的设备会通过此连接接收通知。为此，您的设备标识符信息将会传送到该运营系统提供商。该等信息的共享为实现推送通知服务所需，以上通知为本平台访问的基本需求，如果不能接受消息通知，将无法正常使用本平台。
The activation of push notification services allows Siemens to provide you with the following information: SMS verification code, remote login reminder, information change notification, to-do task, Siemens order information. We will seek your consent for activating the function of push-notification. While using this function and after activation of the push-notification permission, a connection with the push-notification service of your operating system provider is established and your device receives notifications over this connection. For this purpose information on your device identifier is transferred to your operating system provider.
(2) 实现安全与统计分析

保障使用安全：我们非常重视产品和服务的安全性，为保障西门子用户的正当合法权益免受不法侵害，我们的合作方可能会使用必要的设备、帐号及日志信息。
To ensure the security of usage: the security of our products and services is very important to Siemens. To protect the legitimate rights of users, our partners may access or use the device information, account information and log information at the necessary scope.
分析产品情况：为分析西门子的产品和服务的稳定性，提供分析服务的合作方可能需要使用服务情况（崩溃、闪退记录）、设备标识信息、应用总体安装使用情况等信息。
Product analyses: to analyze the stability of Siemens’ products and services, our partners may access or use certain information, such as malfunction records, device identification, application installation information, etc.
(3) 地理位置服务：
Location services
当你使用本平台相关移动端的特定功能时，位置服务提供商（如【百度地图】）可能会通过SDK或相关技术使用你的GPS信息、设备信息以便可以向你返回位置结果。您可以您可以在操作系统的“设置”部分，来管理您的地理位置信息。
When using certain functions of the mobile application of the Portal, our service providers (e.g. baidu map) may access your GPS information and device information through SDK or other similar Apps to tracking your location. You may manage the location information in the section “settings” of your operating system.
2. 共享
Share
(1) 我们不会与西门子以外的任何公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual outside of Siemens, except in the following situations:
Ÿ 在获取明确同意的情况下共享；获得您的明确同意后，我们会与其他方共享您的个人信息。
We have obtained your consent or authorization. We will share your personal information only after obtaining your consent.
Ÿ 在法定情形下的共享：我们可能会根据法律法规规定、诉讼争议解决需要，或按行政、司法机关依法提出的要求，对外共享您的个人信息。

We may share your personal information with our affiliated parties, and you can query the list of affiliated companies by clicking on this link. However, we will only share the necessary personal information, and it is subject to the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If our affiliated parties intend to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will seek your authorization and consent again. 三、 个人信息存储与跨境传输

我们会在实现处理目的所必需的时间内保存您的个人信息，除非适用法律要求保存更长时间。保存期限届满后，您的个人信息将被删除或匿名化。根据适用法律，保存期限将取决于以下标准，以最长期限为准：
Unless there are express provisions in the relevant laws and regulations regarding the period of time we keep your personal information, we will erase or anonymize your personal data if the retention of that personal information is no longer necessary. According to the applicable laws and regulations, the retention period will be decided as below with the longest one:

Necessary for providing the products or services with your consent;
Ÿ 确保我们产品和服务的安全和质量；
Ensure the security and quality of our products or services;

我们承诺，您的个人信息将只存储在位于中华人民共和国境内的服务器上，您的信息不会被我们主动传输到境外。如在符合适用法律规定的情形下因业务需要向境外传输个人信息的，我们会事先征得您的同意，告知您境外接收方的姓名或名称、联系方式、处理目的、处理方式、涉及的个人信息种类以及您向境外接收方行使合法权利的方式和程序，并在适用法律要求的情况下取得您的单独同意。我们会采取签订协议、安全审计等必要措施，要求境外机构为所获得的您的个人信息保密。
The personal information that we collect through the Portal will be stored in the People’s Republic of China. We will endeavor to ensure your personal information not be transferred to any foreign organizations and comply with the requirements under China’s personal information protection laws. If, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, it is necessary to transfer personal information overseas due to business needs, we will obtain your consent in advance. We will inform you of the name of the overseas recipient, their contact information, the purpose of processing, the processing methods, the types of personal information involved, as well as the ways and procedures for you to exercise your legitimate rights against the overseas recipient. Moreover, we will obtain your separate consent when required by applicable laws.
